Custom Design Orders — How It Works

Design it your way. We’ll create a professional mockup, get your approval, and then print & ship.

Step 1 — Send us your idea

Email your logo, photo, and/or text to amazingrouptrade@gmail.com with the subject line: Custom Design Request – Your Name.

Please include:

  • Product you want (Hoodie, T-Shirt, Mug, Hat)
  • Your artwork (PNG/JPG preferred)
  • Any text to add (font style if you have a preference)
  • Placement notes (front, back, sleeve, print area)
  • Color/size options you like

File tips: PNG or JPG, at least 3000 px on the longest side (300 DPI). For logos, transparent PNG looks best. If your file is large, share a Google Drive/Dropbox link.

Step 2 — We create your mockup

Our team designs a clean, print-ready layout and sends you a visual mockup (preview image). We’ll also suggest sizing and placement for best print quality.

Step 3 — Approve your design

Review the preview. Request edits if needed. Once you approve, we’ll publish a private product page just for you (e.g., “Custom Hoodie for Your Name”) and send you the link.

Step 4 — Checkout & fulfillment

Use your private link to complete the purchase securely on our store. Your order is then printed to order and shipped.

  • Hoodie: from $39.99
  • T-Shirt: from $24.99
  • Mug (11 oz): from $19.99
  • Hat: from $24.99

Prices include standard U.S. shipping. Taxes calculated at checkout. Bulk requests welcome.

Turnaround

  • Mockup: typically 24–48 hours
  • Production: 2–5 business days after purchase
  • Shipping: depends on destination & carrier

Artwork guidelines

  • High-resolution PNG/JPG (300 DPI). Transparent PNG for logos recommended.
  • Keep key elements 5–10 mm inside the print area edges.
  • Avoid screenshots or low-resolution images (they can look blurry when printed).

Returns

Custom items are made just for you. We replace or reprint for manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

Copyright & permissions

Please upload designs you own or have permission to use. By submitting artwork, you confirm you have the rights to print it.
