At Amazing Trade LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns are accepted within 24 hours of purchase with proof of purchase or order receipt.

Customers may try on their Jalabiya for sizing purposes only. If the item does not fit or the customer is not satisfied for any reason, the item must be shipped back within 48 hours of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unworn except for fitting purposes.
• The item must be returned in its original condition.
• All included pieces (Jalabiya, Shaal, Sirwal, and Tagiya) must be returned together.
• Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
• Customers must obtain return authorization from Amazing Trade LLC before sending any return.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom-made or altered items
• Print-on-demand products
• Hygiene-related items
• Digital products
• Certain imported items as specified on the product page

Refunds

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.

The following charges are non-refundable:

• Original shipping fees
• Return shipping costs
• Customs duties, taxes, or import fees

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact Amazing Trade LLC within 7 days of delivery with photos and order information so we can assist you promptly.

Amazing Trade LLC reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
