Amazing Trade LLC accepts returns for eligible items within the timeframe stated on the product page.

Please note that certain categories are non-returnable:
• Custom-made items  
• Print-on-demand products  
• Hygiene-related items  
• Digital products  
• Certain imported items  

To request a return, customers must contact us for return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been inspected and confirmed to meet our return conditions. Shipping fees, customs duties, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days.
